How enquiry information is used
Submitted details are used to review and respond to the enquiry. For operational handling, an enquiry may be delivered to the group’s restricted internal Discord workspace. Discord is not used or described as a secure document-storage service.
What not to submit
Only submit information that you are authorised to share. Do not send passwords, payment or financial credentials, identification documents, or other highly sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
Retention and access
Access to submitted enquiry information is limited to authorised personnel. We retain information only for as long as necessary to address and process your enquiry.
